About Force
Milling
Solutions

Dental milling with a personal, experienced team – built to keep cases on track and make complex work easier to deliver.

WHY THIS EXIST

Built from the
lab side

Force Milling Solutions exists for one reason: dental milling should feel dependable, not unpredictable. When a case starts to drift, you need a real person who can look at it, talk it through, and help you fix it before it becomes a remake.

Hardy built this company after years of living in the “rework” lane- seeing where cases go wrong, and learning how to keep them from going off the rails in the first place.

WHAT MAKES THIS TEAM DIFFERENT

You get access, not a ticket
number

Many milling centers put distance between you and the people who can actually solve the problem. This model stays simple:

01

Direct access

You can reach someone who understands the case

02

No layers

You don't get passed between multiple layers

03

Focused outcomes

The focus stays on clarity, fit, and getting it done right

CLINICAL EXCELLENCE

Implant planning support from a dentist

Force Milling Solutions adds clinical depth where it matters. A dentist is part of the team to support:

Implant Planning

Surgical guide planning

Surgical guide production (when
applicable)

That means fewer assumptions, fewer missed details, and a smoother path from plan to final delivery.

Hardy

Owner & Founder

Hardy founded Force Milling Solutions after spending decades on the technical side of dental lab work—milling, design, and troubleshooting cases that other shops struggled to deliver. He built this company around one core belief: labs and offices shouldn’t have to guess when a case will arrive or chase someone down for updates.

With hands-on experience in everything from implant bars to custom abutments, Hardy stays close to the work and personally supports complex cases. He’s the person you’ll talk to when something needs attention fast.
